In this project, I worked as a Software Quality Assurance specialist for BSI, where I was responsible for identifying the FSD and creating test cases based on the system's technical and business needs. I successfully conducted deep testing, maintaining close communication with the client to discuss the acceptance criteria. I provided valuable feedback on the system's flow and UI, ensuring all requirements were met throughout the UAT phase. As a result of these efforts, the system was delivered to the user successfully, the UAT process ran smoothly, and the final product met the client’s expectations.
